Sculptform is an innovative manufacturing company that produces premium architectural cladding.

The Problem

The sales team at Sculptform had been experiencing a specific challenge for a long time and action had to be taken for their sanity. The challenge was that a lot of potential customers didn’t understand the value of the Sculptform product over their competitors and the burden fell to the sales team to communicate that effectively.

Sculptforms product is more expensive than most of their competitors but the time it takes to install is far less, saving money on labour costs. They were missing out on potential business by customers not understanding how choosing Sculptform was actually the best option for their project both from the visual design perspective but also a budgeting perspective.

The videos we created for them, stepped customers through what the installation process looks like and how it saved them time and money. We helped Sculptform shaped their existing installation system into an easy to digest video that also communicated their unique value proposition.

The feedback from the sales team was overwhelmingly positive. They now have communication tools that will help them convert more leads and they don’t have to pull their hair out trying to explain why Scultform is the best choice over the phone.
