The Bendigo Art Gallery is renowned for its uncanny ability to attract and curate some of the world’s best fashion, design and personality exhibitions. Elvis: Direct From Graceland was another in an ever-growing list of amazing successes.

The Problem

Bendigo Art Gallery are becoming a very mature brand when it comes to marketing their blockbuster exhibitions so their communication problem was very simple and clearly understood. They needed a power-packed TVC that did Elvis and the exhibition justice and excited the audience.

We worked very closely with the gallery’s team of expert marketers to develop the concept for the ad you see below from a vast library of visual assets and a very strict list of usage guidelines.

Elvis: Direct From Graceland took over Bendigo bringing record numbers of visitors to Bendigo. The exhibition was big news, the story being featured in countless publications including ABC and The Guardian.
