Bendigo Venues and Events (BV&E) manage Bendigo’s best theatre and event venues. The team at BV&E produce, promote and deliver various performing arts productions, festivals, regional tours, community arts programs and special functions on behalf of the City of Greater Bendigo.​ The work they do stirs ideas, feelings, emotions and all the other seemingly intangible things that connect and inspire.

The Problem

In mid 2021, BV&E had recently rebranded and needed to tell their story. They wanted to establish the organisation as an enabler and supporter of culture and meaningful experiences.

Despite many months of restrictions and mandates, we managed to capture the BV&E team doing some of their best work behind the scenes as well as many of the amazing shows, exhibitions, events and performances they have hosted. We focussed on producing a brand film that told the story of not only the organisation but the impact that they have on the community.

This brand film has been released online as well as being used in person at official events run by the City of Greater Bendigo. It will serve as a statement piece for BV&E and is something that the whole team can point to and say, I contribute to that.
